Talisman Guide

Talismans are a rare items which can be found among the treasure dropped by perps. Each kind of talisman has a special feature, which can be activated by RUBbing it. You can sell the talismans to the Curator at the Royal Museum in Crosstown, but it's a very good possibility that a fellow tourist will be willing to pay more then the Curator, so you should seriously consider asking around on PBR Channel 5 for perspective buyers.
